Recommendations
- You should immediately review your accounts receivable to determine whether outstanding invoices exist. You may be able to assert a claim for a secured interest, but these typically require strict compliance with statutory deadlines.
- You should verify whether you received any payments between March 26, 2026 and June 24, 2026. Payments during this 90-day period could potentially raise the issue of being subject to the claim of being a preference payment which could be “clawed back” to the estate. There are defenses to these claims, but only if you assert them.
