Careers with Doré Rothberg

Proud of Our Past. Focused on the Future.

Doré Rothberg Law, PC was founded in 1990 by attorney Carl Doré, then working as a sole practitioner. In the decades since, the firm has grown in both practice scope and personnel, now serving clients throughout Texas and nationwide. In 2020, Dore Rothberg Law opened a Fort Worth office, and in 2021, the firm’s Houston office moved to a new and expanded location.

That growth has been intentional. We have carefully built our team of attorneys and staff from the most qualified, well-rounded candidates. Our team members bring not only legal experience, but life experience, to the table. The result is a robust, diverse, cohesive law firm that takes pride in serving both clients and the community.

Since we value our employees for who they are, not just what they do, we prioritize maintaining a healthy work-life balance. This is invaluable for our team members and enables them to offer the highest quality legal work to our valued clients, many of whom have been with us for decades.

Our core values serve as the foundation of our hiring process. We want team members who embrace those values: Problem-Solving, Innovation, Trust, Diversity, Responsiveness, and Community.

If you are looking for a positive, inclusive law workplace culture that supports your professional growth and encourages you to excel, you might be a good fit for the Doré Rothberg team. Learn about the opportunities we have available below. Let’s keep growing together.
